MEET THE FUTURE HUMAN PROJECT
Hi, I'm Hayley. I am an experienced senior leader (FMCG, Procurement, Sourcing, and Omnichannel Retail) and have designed, facilitated, and implemented significant change programmes across the UK and Asia.

I specialise in the complexities of organisational and geographical culture, and how group dynamics impact decision making. I am a member of the Global Association for Applied Behavioural Science (GAABS), helping clients deliver sustainable behaviour change, and, where relevant, improvements to governance, operational process and ways of working that support long term change.
At The Future Human Project we combine more than thirty years of corporate experience with behavioural science, helping organisations and individuals to deliver sustainable change.
